Bangkok & Kanchanaburi (Itineraries)

Below was the original itinerary I prepared for Bangkok and Kanchanaburi trip. But as usual few things has changed. U gotta read the entries for details!

	9.10AM	* Walk via Thanon Surawong and turn right on Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Rd (12 min walk – 1.4KM) OR take taxi
		Take train Chong Nonsi BTS (Silom Line)
	9.30AM	Stop at Siam Station (3stops) and change to Sukhumvit Line (7 stops) & stop at Mo Chit	40
		Walk (exit 1) & crossover the bridge to visit Chatuchak Weekend Market (6min-500M)
		Have lunch here (halal food available)
	11.30AM	Walk back to Mo Chit station
		Take train Sukhumvit Line to Siam (7 stops), change to Silom line and stop at Chong Nonsi (3 stops)	40
		Walk to Kokotel Surawong via Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra Rd and left to Thanon Surawong Rd (12min walk – 1.4km) OR take taxi		60/taxi

	1.30PM	Take train Silom line and stop at Saphan Taksin (3 stops)	20
		Take stairs exit 2 & walk straight under the overpass to reach the pier
		From central pier take Orange Flags boat	15
	2.00PM	Arrive Tha Tien Pier N8
		Take boat to Wat Arun	4
		Arrive Khun Mae Pueak Pier, Walk left to Wang Doem Rd (3 min -220M)
		Visit Wat Arun	40
	3.00PM	Walk back to Khun Mae Pueak Pier and take cross ferries to Tha Thien Pier	4
		Walk via Thai Wang Alley (5 min walk – 450M)
		Visit Wat Pho & Reclining Buddha	100
	4.00PM	From Thai Wang Alley road, turn right to Sanam Chai Rd (9 min walk – 700M)
		Visit Museum Siam	150
	5.00PM	Walk left to Setthakan Alley & right to MahaRat Rd (10min walk – 1KM)
		Visit Grand Palace (from outside)
		Walk right via MahaRat Rd & left to Tha Chang Pier N9 (6 min walk-400M)
	6.00PM	Take boat to Central Pier	15
		**there'll be lots of tuk2 in this area (pho, museum, palace), so if we dont feels like walking, tuk2 is an option
	6.30PM	Take the stairs up to Saphan Taksin BTS
		Take train and stop & Chong Nonsi (2stops)	25
		Walk to Kokotel Surawong OR take taxi		60/taxi
	6.30PM	Rest at hotel
	8.00PM	Walk along Thanon Surawong road to experience Silom Nightlife
		Patpong Road / Night Market (11min walk-900M)
		Dinner in Silom area (ex: Beirut Restaurant Silom opposite Silom Night Market – walk via Silom Road from PatPong)
		Have some massage (thai, foot, oil) around Silom (ex: ArimaOnsen, Ruen Nuad – price range from 200-500baht)
	12.00PM	Back to hotel and rest
9th April	8.00AM	Check -out 1 room from Kokotel. Put all bags in 1 room. Bring a small bag for 1 night stay
Sun		Take taxi to Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai)		200/taxi
	8.30AM	Take bus to Kanchanaburi (Bus no. 81 platform 10)	110
	10.30AM	Arrive Kanchanaburi Bus Station

		-River Kwai Bridge & Death Railway (9th Apr)
		-Erawan National Park (10th Apr)
		-Hellfire Pass Museum (10th Apr)

		Take tuktuk to Kanchanaburi Railway Station		nego
	10.45AM	Take the train to Tham Krasae Bridge to Death Railway (pass by Bridge on River Kwai)	100
		Experience the Death Railway & Krasae Cave

	1.15PM	Take train From Tham Krasae back to Kanch	100
	2.44PM	Arrive Kanchanaburi Train station Station
		Take Tuktuk to VN Guesthouse		nego
	3.00PM	Check in VN Guesthouse & rest		550 / room
	3.30PM	Walk via Rongheabeoy 4 Rd and turn left to Maenamkwai Rd to Good Times Travel and Book tomorrow tour with them (*only if TukTuk nego for 10th Apr failed)
		Walk back to VN Guesthouse
	7.00PM	Walk via Rongheabeoy3 Rd & left to Chao Kun Nen Rd (600M 8min) to Kanchanaburi Night Market
	10.00PM	Walk back to hotel
	11.00PM	Hangout by the river
10th April	8.00AM	Check out from VN Guesthouse
Mon		Take Arranged TukTuk OR Good Times Travel Tour to Erawan National Park	200	1600/taxi
